Alankar Bliss uses Cashfree Payments at checkout so customers can complete orders with available payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, depending on active gateway availability.
Payment options
At checkout, Cashfree Payments may show supported options such as UPI, debit/credit cards, RuPay, net banking, wallets and other available modes. Final method availability depends on gateway configuration, bank/network availability and payment-provider status.
Alankar Bliss does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password or banking credentials on the website.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies Pan India per order, irrespective of the number of eligible items in your bag, unless a free-shipping or promotional offer is active on the website.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays, courier limitations and operational holidays.
Coupons and offers
Active coupon codes are shown on the cart and checkout pages with their key conditions, such as discount value, minimum order value, validity and product/category limitations where applicable.
If no active coupon is available, checkout continues with the current listed product prices and the standard ₹79 Pan India shipping charge.
Payment failure or double debit
If your amount is deducted but the order does not confirm, please wait for the gateway/bank status to update and contact us at support@alankarbliss.com with your payment reference, registered email/phone number and screenshot if available. Genuine failed transactions are normally reversed by the payment provider/bank to the original source according to their processing timelines.
Returns and refunds
Jewellery is personal-use merchandise. Returns and refunds are handled as per the Refund & Return Policy, especially for transit-damage cases requiring valid sealed-package and continuous unboxing evidence.
